Everything was good the staff was nice to me food was ok but it’s definitely a 5 star nursing home.
My stay here was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you for taking good care of me
Zero stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs. My loved one was placed at Preferred Care at Mercer, and it was a horrifying experience. The administrator is completely disengaged, shows no understanding of basic medical care, and clearly doesn't care about residents or their families. Concerns are ignored, and follow-up is non-existent. The Director of Nursing is arrogant and dismissive, but shockingly out of date with current standards of care. This place beyond awesome. When I came in 2 months ago I could barely do anything for myself. Now I can help myself a whole lot better than I did. I would like to say thank you to Nursing who always made sure I got my medicine. Therapy for making me stronger. Dietary for my special menu. Housekeeping for cleaning my room everyday and Activities for keeping me entertained. This place is like home everyone is so nice and helpful. If I ever need therapy again this is the place I would come to.
