They don’t know what they are doing. I have a kid with an extreme fear of exams. I was told a proper exam needed a tongue depressor. My pediatrician is fantastic at examining and working with kids without a tongue depressor. He only gave us 1 minute and did not try. The MA was fantastic and patient. He at least tried. The FNP first time working with a difficult kid. I don’t like the messaging of “ you are too old to be this scared” otherwise, this facility has been great. Please hire some who actually cares.
We had a great visit today with my son. Ramon Lujan, NP, treated him with so much respect and patience, which really made a difference for us as parents. The entire staff was professional, kind, and attentive. After seeing a previous review, I felt it was important to share my experience. The walls are thin, and I could hear interactions between the provider and that parent and patient. From what I heard the provider remained respectful and professional throughout. This place needs to get their act together i checked in online before 8AM text said to make my way into the clinic made it in before 8:15 to which thy asked me to “finish check In” which was done by 8:15 35 minutes later I receive a text saying there is 4 patients before me and I lterally seen 8 people go in before me and Im still here waiting at 9:15 an hour wait and when Ive seen people come in and not have checked in online filling up paperwork and still going in before me that is ridiculous
