Incompetent staff!
Wait time was long but would've been the same as ER. Biggest issue is after Dr seen me she said they don't normally see patients for what I went in for (sciatic nerve) they only do colds and "normal" stuff like that. Could've told me that before I handed over my $45 co-pay but they were quick to take that. If you ain't coughing or sneezing go elsewhere.
Superficial attention by the doctor. I am totally dissatisfied with his diagnosis. Yesterday I was several hours to be attended.
The receptionist at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in, she was nice and polite, and the staff was great, I can see myself coming back to this one
waiting time is way more than hour and thirty minutes.
