Very RUDE front desk staff. I will never go back.
My husband and I arrived at 11am and now it’s past 3pm and we are still waiting to be checked.. who knows how long more we will have to wait..
Awful experience! Receptionist messed up with details landing us with a bill instead of copay. Said “I don’t know, maybe I was busy” when asked why it happened that way! (For records sake we were the only ones in there and she was on her phone at the time). We didn’t even receive services because as soon as we got there they transferred us to the ER for stitches. Complained to the manager Allison, who agreed we should not have been billed for anything. Told me a week or so later that she had sorted it and the bill was cancel... read more
