I have been a patient of Katherine McCleary for 17 years. The last few years I have been very dissatisfied with my appointments. She is very degrading and smiles away through her lectures, never answering my concerns. She has humiliated me for the last time, bringing me to tears as she walked out on me. Such a disgrace. My entire family has been going to this practice for several years. Dr. Giglielo is outstanding. Very caring and knowleable ... couldn't ask for a more competent and responsive PCP. They recently added a PA (Karen Sclama) who is also excellent. Their front desk staff is also very kind and helpful. It is true you can't always get a same day appointment -- although they do try to slot you for sick calls when they can. But the reality is many practices no longer offer same day. I’ve had good experiences with Dr. Mistry and the medical assistants, but the lab technician seems to never arrive on time. In the last week I’ve come here three times to get fasted labs drawn before heading to work, but I’ve been unapologetically told that the lab tech is running late, two times with no specified arrival time. It’s not a good patient experience to have to wait an additional thirty minutes for fasted labs. I will definitely be utilizing an off-site lab in the future.
