I recently needed to go into the office for shots for multiple weeks. I asked the front desk whether I would be charged for these visits. One of the women at the front desk said I would not. After 2 weeks, I receieved my first bill. I called billing and they said I would need to make the payments regardless of what I was told. I'm upset that there was no accountability and I have a bill that I could've prevented had I known.

I have been a patient of Katherine McCleary for 17 years. The last few years I have been very dissatisfied with my appointments. She is very degrading and smiles away through her lectures, never answering my concerns. She has humiliated me for the last time, bringing me to tears as she walked out on me. Such a disgrace. My entire family has been going to this practice for several years. Dr. Giglielo is outstanding. Very caring and knowleable ... couldn't ask for a more competent and responsive PCP. They recently added a PA (Karen Sclama) who is also excellent. Their front desk staff is also very kind and helpful. It is true you can't always get a same day appointment -- although they do try to slot you for sick calls when they can. But the reality is many practices no longer offer same day.
