I was a patient at Real Options very early in my pregnancy around 4 weeks. The registered nurse was very informative and kind. She explained everything to me in a very professional and intelligent manor. I felt understood, she listened to my questions and concerns and walked me through the test & ultrasound. I needed an ultrasound to determine how far along I was in pregnancy, but couldn't afford one. I found this place, and I'm so glad I did! The nurse and staff were so warm and friendly, thorough and understanding. I felt so relieved! In addition, they provide classes for pregnancy and child care support, information for further pregnancy and child care support, a boutique to help with maternity and baby needs, and they follow up throughout pregnancy to check in for additional support. Real options is an incredible resource for women and was everything I didn’t know I needed when I found out I was pregnant with my first baby. They confirmed pregnancy with an ultrasound at 7 weeks and did another ultrasound at 12 weeks, they walked me through all my options, offered my partner and I counseling , classes and prayers. I can’t recommend real options enough!!
