I am trying to get my children medical records from capstone/care nation can someone please direct me in the right direction I have called all the numbers and they are disconnected
I have been trying to get very important medical records for over a year now with no phone number working looking at the Google reviews I got an email and I haven't heard anything back. I need her medical records or I'm going to have to get an attorney!!!
Never answer their phone, never told their patients they were moving out of town,, they just packed up and moved to Nashville.
I’ve been trying for 3 days to get my 13 year old son an appt. Nobody is answering and when I leave a message they don’t call back. I’ve also set an appt online and they said someone would be in contact and nobody has called me. I’m very frustrated. My son needs medical attention!
*UPDATE: After I posted the review, someone reached out for me to contact them directly in regard to the shot records and I did so. That was over 2 weeks ago. I still do not have what I need. This is very frustrating. I'm back to determining how to report to the regualatory authorities. I was able to have a prescription mailed in early May as they were "booked."
