I've shopped with them over 10 years. I never had any issues. However, this last time and first time major work had to be done to my Jeep, my Jeep is not running today. They usually keep my cars like two days and the work is done. They kept my Jeep for 12 days. When I picked up my Jeep, it smelled like dogs on the inside and parts was all over my Jeep.
