Omg this place is a joke they are never in. They never answer the phone Dr. Bernal‘s is always out on vacation the worst when I say the worst I mean the worst they never get anything in on time prescriptions, paperwork etc you have to call multiple times, and they act like they’re hearing it for the first time I don’t know what they do over there but they sure don’t do their job. This is not one incident. This has been going on for years. unfortunately, this is the doctor that is assigned to my mother through Care More.

I brought a client here. They have clients wait outside before they bring them into the office. The waiting area outside is disgusting, the floor is dirty. All chairs have webs underneath them. This is very unhealthy for the elderly to sit outside on these dirty chairs with webs all over them. This must be cleaned or I will call the heath department. Also the office inside is very dirty. Rug is not vacuumed and the floors are Dirty. Why do we have all these precautions when the place is so dirty. . .
