It took way to long to get a wheel chair. Was told numerous times it was on the way. Two months later had to stand in the store to make them get it ordered. They were already paid and it was not even ordered. Do not trust them.
Nice,friendly people. Not reliable for follow through on fixing problems. No more referral from me! Tried to get replacement cushion for my wheelchair in July. Some mix up occured, in December realized I didn't get it yet. While I'm still waiting for my cushion! Repeated calls, oh it's in the mail! Don't know how they can stay in business with customer service like this!!!
