Very accommodating. Linn Care wouldn't touch our Cpap machine because we didn't buy it there. Community Home Oxygen was glad to help. Very professional.

I order a hospital bed from here, nobody ever call me back to confirm the delivery. 2 days later they showed up at my house, so fine I really needed. So now 2 weeks later I called for pick-up, nobody calls back. Is been a week and half, bed still here. called left messages every other day nobody has call or showed up to pick up bed, they have the worst customer service in the area. don't order from them. Is a big pain, How you stay in business?
I have been dealing with this company since December 2015. I have called repeatedly to obtain a CPAP mask and filters. Each time I'm told that they will to order it. Each time I have consented to wait. Still no mask and no filters. This is now almost 4 months since attempted to deal with these people. I will be changing CPAP companies.

I had a sleep test with Aspen Sleep Center Dec 8th and was supposed to get a CPAP machine from Northwest Home Medical. After repeated calls to them, I finally called Aspen to see if they could find me another medical supply place. They called Northwest and I finally received my first call back from Northwest after 6 weeks. I have an appointment for Feb 3rd, almost 2 months after my sleep test. Good thing I wasn't looking for an oxygen supplier. I would already be dead.
Great customer service
Poor customer service on the phone. Was told that my equipment would be ready by today, and they haven't even started on it. Their excuse was that insurance has not authorized my equipment yet. I called the insurance company, and they stated that Rothert's had not even submitted the form to them yet, but to expedite the process they could call the provider number and they would take care of it. I called Rotherts back, and she was not interested in calling the insurance company to get it taken care of. She said I needed to wa... read more
I have had several visits to the Christiansburg office and the staff is beyond helpful. They are very professional and informative. Also, the Rotech delivery gentlemen that brought and picked up my supplies couldn't have been more helpful. He was prompt, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much to the office and staff.
