Dr. Karu is excellent and has always been kind, professional, and pleasant to work with. I have no complaints regarding the medical care I received from him. The receptionists are some of the rudest individuals I have encountered in a healthcare setting. Every interaction feels cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant.
