they were unprofessional, RUDE, I cannot believe they allow medical professionals to act the way they did in my experience.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with transport. The supervisors were completely unprofessional and so rude to their staff. Their van was breaking down and dirty, they were late and then rushed us. They were rough with my mother and left her alone after her appointment was on done for an hour before they came to pick her up. The owners are not qualified to run this company.
