Excellent and compassionate care
They have very poor communication efforts which is preventing their patient from getting the care that he needs.
I just can't say enough about the team at Care Initiatives Hospice-Manchester. April of 2023 is actually when my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's and unfortunately his progressed very fast. By January of 2024 he was using a walker. We had an appt. with his doctor in January and the next day his nurse coordinator called about getting a hospital bed but also wondered if we would consider hospice.
