The home health care nurse is a wonderful and reliable professional who shows up when scheduled, does her work, and leaves without any problems. She is available if I need to contact her between her visits to refill my medications.
This Home Health agency has been a lifesaver for myself and my family!! The staff is awesome and I always feel that my concerns were addressed and each of my needs were met. I was so lucky to have the nurse that was assigned to me, and even when my regular nurse was out, even her substitute was excellent!
I feel like THE CARE TEAM failed my Mother! They left me with all the responsibilities to keep her pain uncontrolled, & for her care & I’m not a nurse. I did the BEST that I could to help my mother with every inch in me. Hospice failed Me & my mom! We already been going through enough! All I needed was for them to be there and to keep her painless as she was transitioning, but NO! She felt that pain. Changed companies because the nurses did not stay never knew if you was having a nurse see pt and no communication from company when there was not a nurse visiting because nurses quit or was not coming
