Completely useless. They have no procedure to check the phone number when the report is made. The supervisor admitted "your phone number could have been checked". "Could" not "Should". They have multiple inaccuracies in the report; half-truths and key points completely missed. Because of a wrong phone #, the case worker spread the lies to the family, making everything worse!
