I've been to the Surf Club several times in June & July 2009. The restaurant is under new management, and has a few growing pains, but should evolve into a first-class eatery. For your first visit, try the ceviche (the best in El Paso!) or the seafood tacos. The caldillo is also really good. The Buffalo Wings seem to be indifferently prepared, and the Huntington Roast Beef was a disappointment.
