Care Heating and Cooling has been great to work with. We have had the maintenance plan for several years. They are always professional and detailed when it comes to regular maintenance. Ciera was very nice and professional. She identified a small issue that could have become major later if not addressed now. Fortunately this the first time we’ve had any issues since we bought the unit 13yrs ago. Thanks again for great work and being so kind and professional!

I highly recommend this company. Ciara was just here to do the yearly check of my heating and cooling systems, at no cost. She was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I did have an inexperienced tech a couple of years ago. Hey, we all have to learn. Care immediately sent an experienced tech to repair the work and refunded me all of the costs of the initial call. My point being that their custom service is excellent. They truly care about their customers.

Shane Fields was the person that installed my new furnace and A/C in October 2024. His workmanship was simply amazing. Shane Fields is now doing the annual inspection and no longer the installer. Hence, I requested Shane Fields to be the one that performed the annual inspection. He spent more than two (2) hours to make sure my new furnace and A/C are still in good working condition. I am extremely happy with the work of Shane Fields as an intaller and as an annual inspector.
