I cannot say enough good things about Care Heating & Cooling — especially Dana. After another company told me my Freon was low, that I “probably had a leak,” and quoted me $4,400 for a new evaporator coil, I called Care for a second opinion. Dana came out, was incredibly thorough, and did the inspection at no charge. She explained everything clearly and even showed me pictures of a part that had been replaced without my authorization or knowledge. I have been a CARE customer for at least 20 years and they have always been great to work with using their optional yearly service contract plan which almost pays for itself if you get your HVAC system inspected yearly. Their techs are great, no sales pressure just the facts, management that is responsive and easy to contact if needed, easy to schedule emergency services with in a day or two and always easy to get a hold of. I am sure many other HVAC companies also give great service also glad I found one of them!

100% Recommended. 100% Locally Owned. Quick service. Andrew came out on service call. Diagnosed the issue within minutes (a blown capacitor). I would recommend this company and this HVAC service tech to all of my family and friends...and neighbors.
