Shalay is such an amazing instructor. Made the class enjoyable to learn, and very interactive with the class.
Wow is an understatement. The knowledge i received from this class made it feel like a first time instead of recertification. So many things change to perfect the outcome. Shalay was professional in communication from start to finish. Patient in answering questions and kind in correcting. My instructor Shalay Williams is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing teacher. I had a 1:1 session with her and she was able to accommodate my last minute need to renew my certification. I had to recert for my BLS/CPR and I was actually really nervous because my previous experiences with past instructors, I didn’t connect with on a teaching level. But Shalay was AMAZING! Professional, full of life, informative. She makes you feel really comfortable with learning, asking questions and participating freely! I won’t go to anyone else but her from here on out. Thank you!
