Shalay is wonderful! She made everything super easy to understand, and after completing the class I felt fully prepared and confident in my CPR skills.
This was my first BLS class, and with needing to be certified before starting nursing school I was a bit nervous. My worries instantly vanished when I met Shalay. She’s an incredible instructor and someone who spent the whole class making sure everyone was engaged and understood the material at all times.
