After spending in the order of $400 to diagnose and repair my AC, it failed again shortly after. When ringing to inform them with the intent to have them come back to investigate, I was met with blame and finger pointing by customer facing staff. When I explained that I was not looking for a free second diagnosis and I was willing to pay, I was told that they would contact me the following day to discuss. Spent $187 on a service call to be told it could be the main pcb or it could be the compressor or it could be the unit in the roof space. My best solution is to replace the unit. (Easy option if you can't pinpoint the problem) That was over a week ago and I'm still waiting on a written quotation. Poor experience. Looks like someone else will get my business.
Called early morning, they came out at midday fixed my ancient a/c quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Am totally delighted with their service and efficiency. It now works better than ever.
Amazing in today,s competitive landscape, that business still think it acceptable to quote on email without a formal quote. Maybe business is so good that the formalities are forgotten. This company did not get my business. Not a great experience.
