Update: Turns out that in two and a half years, the clinician I was seeing hadn't so much as read emails I had sent to them, let alone anything about the serious illness I have that they promised they would do within the first month. It ended in me having a near fatal crash which then resulted in the clinic immediately dropping me and pushing me off to home care in panic. Just be aware this location is listed on Amazon that ships by Purolator and I made a mistake calling here. It's actually located at the pharmacy near here. Sorry for saying you sound unprofessional but hanging up on me wasn't that. I called Amazon btw. Whoever answered the phone "what are you looking for?" Nothing I guess. The front desk staff are outstanding. The best I have ever been too and I've had a serious, life altering condition for 2 decades now and I've been too uncountable clinics. The place is clean, well kept and they seem to have on premises pharmacy as well. The staff in the pharmacy are also absolutely top notch. Again, I've been to countless pharmacies, these people care about what they're doing. As for clinicians, this is where things depart somewhat.
