This is not a gentle care company. If you are looking for gentle care try Halo Specialized Care or Peggy's Home Care, smaller companies who have case managers checking on the caregivers weekly.This company pays their staff very low and it shows.
Care from the Heart has knowledgeable, caring staff and a wonderful approach to providing care to your loved ones. They helped design care to meet my Mom’s needs when she stopped driving. The staff are professional and kind and Jackie provides compassion and knowledge when facing the challenges of elder care.
Jackie Tucker and her team of caregivers were amazing! They provided loving care for my mom as her health declined and her needs increased. Our family’s heartfelt gratitude for Jackie and her entire team.
