Our mother received care from Care From the Heart for many years until she recently needed to be moved to a memory care facility. We were very pleased with the thorough, attentive care she received. There were plenty of ups & downs as her condition progressed, and Jackie went above and beyond to see that her needs were always met. Services from Care From The Heart allowed our mother to stay in her own home for as long as did, and we feel confident in recommending them.
Care From The Heart allowed my 81-year-old mother the freedom to continue living at home alone. Not only did they provide complete care (personal hygiene, nutrition, keeping the house clean, transportation to doctors appointments, etc.) but they were able to scale services on demand to meet my mother's changing needs. I would strongly advise anyone considering CFTH to look elsewhere for the safety and well-being of their loved ones. Despite assurances from the agency owner Jackie that she had experienced caregivers, it was clear that many of the caregivers were not, which put my mother at risk. Basic tasks such as helping her with mobility, meal preparation, and hygiene were not consistently and safely handled.
