I would strongly advise anyone considering CFTH to look elsewhere for the safety and well-being of their loved ones. Despite assurances from the agency owner Jackie that she had experienced caregivers, it was clear that many of the caregivers were not, which put my mother at risk. Basic tasks such as helping her with mobility, meal preparation, and hygiene were not consistently and safely handled. I recently took my grandma here for care for the heart because she had a broken hip and when I called her my grandma told me that Jackie was making her do jumping jacks I am beyond furious my grandma is supposed to be healing from her hip not jumping on it I can’t express myself enough how much Jackie the boss is so rude I can’t even breathe I’m furious she’s rude to the ederly and beside that’s racist don’t bring your grandparents/moms and dads she will tell them to go back to their country
