Thank-you for the work you do to support my father in law. We are so grateful to know you are involved when he needs it. Virtually every time we are in touch with them we hear about how happy they are with the workers their coordinator has organised, or some gentle act of kindness, smile or extra mile that makes them feel supported. Dreadful. Should you have the misfortune of having supposed post discharge hospital services organised by this company, probably best not to. Poor communication, carer not turning up. Having to constantly chase to find out if services still scheduled. What a major disappointment. RHH I imagine you have a contract with CareForward. I would seriously look at other providers as CareForward are not providing the services promised and falling dismally short.
Since 2016 I have had three hospitalisations in the CCU at Calvary. Upon discharge each time a referral was made to Care Forward to assist me for three weeks to aid my recovery. Each time Care Forward has advised me that they have no assistance available. I am a 76 year old man living alone. God help us all if we have to rely at all on Care Forward for care!
