The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The staff is good at ensuring that service provided by the caregiver is of good quality and timely. The staff makes sure that both the client and caregiver are fully supported as well.
Best agency to work with, all the staff is awesome.
This place push for business, a caretaker was supposedly visiting my dad this morning, he never showed up , I called the agency, they said I quote he went last night and nobody answered the door, excuse me!! You show up at night and expect an elderly with dementia to open a door to a total stranger, no way ! It’s kind of fishy, beware.
