Terrific customer service from start to finish. Mr. Moe took his time an explained what needed to be done and why. He took pictures of what was damaged and gave me options to repair, replace or leave it.
If you are in a late day bind, call CARE. Moe and V were top notch professionals who showed up when my family needed the help. They quickly evaluated and patiently explained the diagnosis for our outage problems and even helped walk us through the next steps. Flat rate fees were reasonable, given the late hour nature of our issue. I will be using this company again, very impressed and thankful they answered the call.
