Had an appointment with this office for Feb 11th 2025. Arrived for my appointment and a maintenance person told me office was closed all day and no one was in. I never received a phone call canceling my appointment. I called to reschedule and never received a phone call back and it's now April. I don't trust this office with my healthcare, I want someone who cares as much as I do about my health.
I saw dr kurani yesterday and i want to say, everyone there is absolutely fantastic. The front desk is wonderful , the nurses are fantastic and caring and dr kurani is one for the books! She explains everything so incredibly well. Ive had endocrinologists when an issue is brought up that may be potentially unrelated and they just completely dismiss my worries. Dr kurani does not. Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Kurani, my diabetes is the most controlled it’s ever been. She offers real solutions and is understandable and relatable. I appreciate her for helping me get off of insulin and improving my health.
Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff.
