Absolutely terrible, I decided not to go here based upon reviews and my initial contact with the office.
The practitioners and nurses are fantastic but the front office staff are rude, roll their eyes, hang up calls and complain to callers about how busy they are. If the front office staff were replaced, it would be a decent practice. Bon Secours really needs to step it up.
First time in forever I've experienced such wonderful staff at a Drs office!! On time, respectful, informative and caring!! Shout out to my girl Nurse Ethel!! You're AWESOME!
I’ve never had a doctor make me feel so bad about myself. I’m a bigger girl and the DR started the conversation with “so I hear you’re pregnant and having thyroid issues” …excuse me what???? no were in my chart does it state I’m pregnant. She cut me off multiple times and told me if I had any questions I could ask at the end. There is a difference between blunt and rude. The whole conversation is recorded.
