Deceptive Advertising - Bait and Switch I scheduled an appointment for their $495 UltraClear Laser Treatment. Spoke to them over the phone prior to the appointment and was very clear about being interested in the $495 special and my goals. Took an hour and a half out of my day to drive there, fill out their paperwork, wait to be seen, and have my consultation; only to be told that the $495 special only covered the UltraClear Laser on the low setting which is not effective for treating fine lines. Im from new york and i wish we had as amazing health care i was very concerned about a very noticeable spot on my face that was getting worse they got me an appointment same day i was seen by a nurse practitioner she was very kind as i was upset she said it was a keratosis and did freeze three spots i was so relieved very friendly office and no waiting time thanks again!
Today, my mother had her first patient appointment at the Fruitland Park clinic with Dr. Tarek Shaath. Unfortunately, Dr. Shaath's demeanor was not pleasant. Midway through the visit, he abruptly stood up and left the room, claiming he was being paged. Been coming to this skin doctor for a long time for wart removal, however they were never fully treated. Once I accidentally knocked the top of a wart off my leg, the bump was clearly still there but dismissed and I was told "that's one way to get rid of it" and as expected it grew back. Eventually I switched to another dermatology center and warts were removed quickly without the need for me to do any medication on it myself. Very disappointed.
