I had my first appt with Ethel yesterday and I was blown away by how thorough and smooth it went. After not being at a dentist/hygienist for close to 4 years I was a little anxious at what shape my teeth were in. Ethel made me feel very comfortable and safe…I just knew I was in very good hands. She talked me through the entire cleaning and explained what she was doing as she went - it was like a mini education session! Ethel is the best hygienist I've ever had. She was so professional and helpful, explaining everything she was doing in detail so I learned much better techniques to take care of my gums and teeth. Highly recommended!
Just a follow up to my previous review on Care Dental Hygiene. If you are looking for Dental Care in the Campbell River area...look no further. This is a state of the art facility, with the most incredible staff!! They are efficient and friendly. Always have availability, booking for follow up, no problem. Hands down the BEST care you could ask for with regards to oral healthcare. I strongly recommend this business and its staff to EVERYONE! Care Dental fit me in last minute for an emergency caused by another dentist who went on Christmas holidays out of country after telling me he would be available if I had any issues with the tooth extraction that he did. The staff and the dentist on call at Care Dental were extremely kind and compassionate and I cannot be more thankful for their professional service.
