In the past I would have given a higher rating. However no one can say where appointments will take place. They have two locations and no one can tell you what is going on. I have recommended people to their office and still getting the run around for a week now. Appointments are scheduled and then cancelled. Good luck on getting someone to answer the phone. The customer service definitely has changed.
The worst dentist I've ever seen will treat five patients at once in five different rooms, touch your tooth, walk on to the next patient, return in ten minutes, then go see another patient and return in the same manner. The assistant will conclude. If you call the number to schedule an appointment, always automatic message calling outside of regular business hours, and provide your name and number, we will call you without ever
Do not recommend. Being waiting on husband dentures since August 2024, still no dentures January 8, 2025. Refused to accept unlined dentures with an overbite so bad you could not see bottom teeth.
