After years of trying to find a prosthetist who could deal with my needs I stumbled across Care Crafters and Ted Drygas. That was over 35 years ago. As a Vietnam era member of the Navy I found that much of the care given by the VA and private institutions did not satisfy my needs. Coming to Care Crafters changed all that. RecommendedWow!. We had no idea there was a connection with care crafters and our family. In 2013 my wife went into septic shock, and lost her right leg below the knee. Ted has been my Prosthetist since Jan 2016 when I got my first prosthesis. I recommend him for his skills as well as his professionalism and rapport with his patients/ customers. The staff there is also top notch. I always feel welcome, listened to and cared for. If you need prosthetics or orthotics this is where you want to be.
I HAD A PAIR OF SHOES MADE, PAID \$450 DOWN PAYMENT. THEY WERE THE WORST FITTING SHOES, CUTTING INTO MY FEET, VERY PAINFUL. HE SAID HE WIL TAKE THEM BACK TO WORK ON THEM; INSTEAD OF REFITTING HE ASKED FOR THE REST OF THE MONEY FIRST. HE STOLE THE 450 AND NEVER GAVE ME THE SHOES. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR
