I had a terrible experience with Care Connection Plus. I called about a billing issue and the representative, Dawn A., laughed at me and told me it was “my responsibility” if insurance didn’t pay. When I asked for a supervisor, Kevin told me if she “didn’t treat me well,” I should call her back and “fire her.” Later, I contacted my insurance and found out Care Connection Plus had my member ID wrong and even my first name wrong, so they never submitted the claim correctly in the first place. +1 to the other 0 star/1 star reviews. These folks are downright scamming patients. For us, we paid the invoice but kept getting follow up invoices claiming we haven't paid. And they don't have any email correspondence to contest them! Neither do they pick the calls. Outrageous stuff
If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this establishment under any circumstances. I strongly encourage management to review how their customer service team interacts with clients, as the experience I had was extremely disappointing. As someone who works closely with patients, I find this level of service unacceptable. I advise anyone being referred here to request an alternative provider.
One of the most horrendous companies. Out of network for insurance. Charges lot more than retail.
