The carers were amazing with my mum, always let me know as soon as they noticed any changes, always happy and chatty with her. The manager is lovely and always sorted any problems out for us. One of the staff that works in the office has lack of communication which was disappointing but the manager was very quick to deal with this and offered us support.
My wife sadly passed away and the management didn’t inform the carers that were looking after her that she had passed away. Un compassionate management that are only interested in £££
