This is a review about one of the workers. I had to stop my car with a puncture this morning 7th June I was on my own 73 years of age he with no phone and this fabulous chap stopped straight away changed my tyre had kind words he was polite and helpful. I just want to say how grateful and thankful I am. A lovely chap his was NEIL . He is a credit to your company . Thanks Jan Brown xx
I got care confidence for my dad who is 89 and has Parkinson’s. My dad settled really well with the carers and they were all lovely and very professional. My dad got really well looked after. Alex who runs the company is also lovely and no matter what I asked him to do nothing was too much trouble. He was also very professional in the way he dealt with things. Care Confidence Home Care Sefton were able to help Dad stay at home before sadly passing in October 2023. I can highly recommend Care Confidence to everyone without hesitation. Dad looked forward to chatting with his helpers. They were friendly, professional and especially caring. Thank you to all.
