As a provider we have always been met with a prompt and professional response and we have also seen staff go out of their way and possibly and sometimes an extra two miles to ensure Service Users get the best possible service.
Really good care service, carers are tailored to my needs and very professional. The office are very accommodating for last minute changes due to hospital visits etc. Much better service than previous care company used.
