Found a stray dog at a park who apparently had been on her own for quite some time by her condition. Running a fever, riddled with fleas and matted hair. It was after hours for PCAS and CARE to her in, checked for a chip, & discounted their fees so I could afford to pay to have treatment started. They kept her overnight, bathed her in Dawn soap, then again with oatmeal. They shaved her and started her on antibiotics, and a low dose steroid. I picked up "Sweetie" in the morning and took her to PCAS.
