Some of the staff are more interested in finishing early and couldn't care less about their clients. Will happily leave a client lying in their own urine & faeces for 12+hrs.
Loving and caring staff, definitely recommend!
My son was carers for by this company and the amount of things what went wrong did go wrong ... he was complex health needs . He passed away on the 9th of September after being with this firm for years and never had a fone call or anything to ask was I ok
