2 hour wait zero communication, we are busy dogs are sick. Yes no kidding but your communication is bad. My dog is in pain. When will you see my dog. ???? Duh talk to be keep me updated. The two immature girls at the counter make it worse. The scores on here confirm bad culture. Equals bad results and bad service. This place is horrible?! Don't go here.
I just want to thank the staff of this place for always being so kind and for recommending the right options for us, even if it doesn't benefit their facility directly. Thank you for listening to me ramble for a while and help me understand my options, even if going to an urgent care over an ER was the better move.
We've been here for 3 hours and they have come in the room 1 time. We have walked out numerous times and asked what's going on, and we're told pretty much every animal that has come in is more urgent than ours. Our dog is wheezing, struggling to breathe, throwing up, diarrhea, and lethargy to the point she had to be carried in.
Very unprofessional establishment. My appointment was set at 10am. I was told to wait for a text from them to bring my poor baby puppy in. My puppy suffered all day and I never received a text. I would never recommend wasting your time here. Take your babies to a better establishment.
They treated my dog like a family and he loved them very much
