I have used this service twice this year to take my father to and from medical appts at UH from long term care home. The drivers have been friendly, very helpful and took good care of my father. I thought price was quite reasonable considering how much effort went into the transport as well.
We used their service to take my aunt to see my mom. As they both have mobility issues, visits between the sisters have been few. The staff was early for pick up and very careful with my aunt. The ride both ways was smooth and seamless. We all felt that she was in good hands. 10/10 We will absolutely be using them again in the future.
When we were considering Care Cab Transit, personnel at University Hospital spoke highly of their service, and they were absolutely right. The team provided professional, compassionate, and extremely comfortable transportation for my mother. They were communicative and attentive throughout the ride, which she truly appreciated. Mom needed a drive to the dentist And are 93 this can be difficult when your mobility is compromised. The service was expectional. Kind driver who stayed and looked after mom and made sure made it back to her room. I will definitely use then again.
Used this service yesterday to take my brother-in-law to the hospital and back. They were on time, very efficient and the driver was polite and extremely helpful. I will not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with transportation.
