I am very impressed with this transportation service. Raj came right to my room and picked me up at a rehabilitation facility. Then, when we arrived at the hospital destination, he took me directly to my appointment. Since I was in a wheelchair, this service was really appreciated. He told me to phone him when I was finished at the hospital so he could pick me up. When I did, he was there in no time at all. The drive itself was quite comfortable. Raj and Abi are wonderful. They are dependable, accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure that those they transport are comfortable and safe. They accompany right to the door and are good natured and patient.
We’ve had a great experience working with CareCab through a mutual client. They treat patients with care and are very flexible with scheduling, which makes a big difference. All the drivers are friendly and professional—especially Raj, who we’ve worked with often. Highly recommend!
