The people are so nice and they really take care of your vehicle needs
RecommendedNot all the locations are so great, but I'm currently at the location on Eaton Street in Denver, and the customer service has been supurb. I was nervous coming here today but I was pleasantly surprised when I got here. Definitely a 5 star review for this location.
I thought the manager would like to know how much Greg hates his job. You would be doing him a favor to let him go and maybe he can find a job where he won't be such a jerk. I will be buying my new tires across the street.
Made an appointment with Eric Sechrist this morning for a simple oil change at 5 p.m. and was told at time of appointment it would take 30 to 45 minutes. Guess I will be closing the store at 7 p.m. Doesn't appear to have many customers waiting either. Yup ~ still waiting (6:45 p.m.) and car just pulled into shop to be worked on! �
They have taken care of three family cars over the last 15 years. Never a problem.
