My father entered the hospital with Sepsis. He was malnourished, had bed sore, his a** was a shade lighter than his body. He had nasty dentures and food in his mouth and his toe had a bad sore! He was not groomed. My dad showed signs of ABUSE!This company changed my dad schedule and catered to my mother who was not the client. Left my Dad wet for long periods of time.
This company is unreliable. Their people rarely show up when they are supposed tor. Many times they did not show up at all and did not call to say they weren't coming. They just did not show up. The main office rarely answers the phone and almost never return calls or reply to voice mail messages. They were rude to my Mother as well. The VA contracted them to help my Mother several times a week for 2 hours each time.
