Established by former RGN and Ward Sister Margaret Mandal, we have been providing quality complex care and Domiciliary Care to the people of the North East since 1989. Care at Home was one of the first of its kind to open in England, known locally as "Maggies Daffodils", due to wearing bright yellow tunic dresses and white belt. Imagine employing a family member that’s thinks it’s ok to bully a girl with mental health problems. Bullying them whilst she’s in her work uniform and at work. Yet she’s meant to work for vulnerable people.
Very poor my cousin has had this company for about Two years and they very unreliable they did not turn up Friday to give her dinner they turned up at teatime and gave her a sandwich and cake and cup of tea by this time she could not eat it has she had nothing since breakfast time this is so unlike my cousin Please don’t use this company as the are shocking

This is an amazing service. I have total confidence my sister is well cared for and the staff at both head office and the carers themselves are just wonderful. Nothing is too much bother and they've helped me pit the right plan in place - and tweak it regularly so my sister has everything she needs. Thank you Care at Home!
