My mum was left without care for several days by this company, often cancelled at the last minute and on numerous occasions . For a service that is supposed to look after vulnerable people, this is completely unacceptable. How can you call yourself a care company when you don’t even provide the most basic care????? and no one should have to go through that.
Steer clear if I was you
I was fortunate to acquire the services of this amazing team back in November last year for my brother who was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia & Motor Neurone Disease at the young age of 54. The most wonderful team of Nurses and management staff! The onboarding process for the care of our loved one was an easy step by step process with Miriam. We were introduced to our care team and training was provided for all staff. Care around the clock provides high quality care and has been such a blessing in our life’s! Highly recommended! I would recommend avoiding Care Around The Clock especially if you’re considering working for them. I got an offer of employment from them in January 24 and they even offered me some shifts. Then they took the shifts off without explanation and they did not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. No explanation, no contact from them. Probably not a good sign for a company offering to care for the most vulnerable people in our community. Stay away from them.
