I called them and sent an email requesting more information, but I have to say that the customer service is terrible. If they're rude to new customers, I can't imagine how they treat you once you become a client.
I was guided by a higher power to this clinic, as many others insisted on amputating my dog’s leg. Other places seemed more focused on profits rather than the well-being of my beloved fur baby. Unlike the urgent demands for leg removal from different clinics, I had hope in God and Echo’s spirit, knowing God would heal him. The best vet ever! My dog got sick and we went to three vets and he didn’t get better , finally we decided to go over here and he’s good now. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. Everything that was done to my dog was communicated and Dr. Haase was great!!! Thank You!!
Tabitha is a gem! She is always very kind and helpful. I have called often as we have two new dogs and she always takes the time to explain options and answer my questions. Our experience with everyone in the office has been exceptional!
I bought a puppy from this facility and I've had my puppy for a year now. We have had nothing but medical issues. She had diarrhea for four months and is now on gastrointestinal food. The pH of her urine is low so she has to have crystals sprinkled on her food twice a day. She develops open lesions on her belly and down her legs that I have to use a topical spray for. Her fur is thinning and it might be allergies but we aren't sure yet. She only weighs 36 pounds and is small for a pure bred Labrador Retriever.
