Terrible emt driver. I was leaving working and this emt parked his rig in an area that’s not a parking space, he wasn’t picking anyone up just sitting there with his partner. The rig was parked so close that I could not back out to leave, as I tried to back out I ended up hitting the concrete curb in order to not hit the rig…the driver just looked at me and then got back on his phone, I pulled back into the parking spot and asked him to move so I can get out, he said no and went back to his phone.
