I am a Falck EMT student and for anyone looking to go through the same process I highly recommend coming to Falck and getting certified here. The instructors Micheal and Peter are awesome at teaching, guiding you and preparing you for the national registry. They are exceptional instructors and they thought me so much in my short time here.

"THE DEEP STATE" ???
Spoke with Linda in billing to obtain information and provide the billing info to her. Linda was as nice and caring as could be. It was refreshing to talk with someone who sounds caring and takes her job seriously. After ready these reviews I knew I needed to input my thoughts and opinions because all to often people take the time to complain yet when things go well they may feel there is no reason to say it went well. I'm here to say that Linda was very helpful and professional. She is truly an asset to this company.
My insurance refused to pay for my ambulance (not Care Ambulance Service's fault). My issue is I kept in constant contact with their billing representative to let them know I was disputing my insurances denial. My insurance paid 1/3, so I contacted CAS to let them know I'd be disputing with my insurance again. My insurance paid for my ambulance service but CAS sent it to collections!!! This is blatant insurance fraud. They want to be payed twice or they should've contacted Credence (debt collectors) as soon as they were paid... read more
