This company along with its new partner or owner Falck are the worst, taking advantage of the very people they claim to "Care" for. they charge double to triple the fair and average charges of the industry for this area according to insurance companies. you have no choice when you call 911. These guys must have a sweet contract? As a patient that is still being sent to collections over multiple crazy bills like nearly $4000 for a 8 minute ride. Treat your EMTs better! They work so hard, and they work overtime CONSISTENTLY! 10+ hour shifts with overtime is not something they should be OBLIGATED to stay for. Respect your employees and pay them what they deserve.
