Have a dialysis patient that constantly has to wait 2-3 hours if not longer to be picked up. We have caught them in lies about being to busy. Even the drivers have said they were not that busy and they just got the call to get the patient. Horrible customer service as well. They dont even deserve 1 star
Called and asked for a estimated time of pick up for my patient, we had already been waiting close to an hour and the clinic is closing. the dispatcher told me that we just called to sit and wait then when I asked another question, he hung up on me. The clinic is now closed and we are still waiting on transportation. The dispatcher I’m being told is the owner named Stacy. Poor customer services, if you don’t like your job sir find a new one!
My husband was an active duty soldier hit by someone running a stop sign. Care Ambulance took him the 1.2 miles to the hospital but refused to bill our Tricare, told us it wasn't covered by Tricare (lie) and we tried to set up an autopay to buy time to get it all resolved. They billed us the first month, then sent us to collections. Their ambulance service is good but their billing department is dishonest and horrible to work with.

Great service, knowledgeable EMT's and quick response. The only issue that I have is the price. $750.00 plus mileage. A bit steep for a 7 mile ride from my home to St.Francis hospital but they are there when you need them. I have had 4 'rides' so far. I wonder if they offer a repeat customer duscount?
