The service was arranged through Mercy Hospital to transport my dad from the hospital to the nursing home. The only reason for the transport was so the family wouldn’t be the ones taking him to a place he didn’t want to go. My dad has dementia and instead of taking him to the nursing home he was dropped off at his house! There was no one there because my mom and the family were waiting for him at the nursing home. RecommendedI would highly recommend these people they went all the way to Joplin Missouri to get my husband and bring him back to HCHC in Mt Pleasant Iowa to finish with his healing after a widow makers heart attack. I wouldn’t trust my husband with anyone else
