The aides I've had call out entirely too much. Every week since I've been using Care advantage one or more of the aides call put for something. I understand things come up but every week and then usually I can even get a replacement. The past weekend I had no one show and even on Monday my aide called out. So I had to rely on myself and I'm immobile.

I really appreciate Felicia Bell for taking care of my aunt Blanche Wyatt for me this is her niece Gwendolyn Long Felicia really does a wonderful job with taking good care of her and she goes above and beyond to make sure she’s happy being at home! This Emporia branch has been a lifesaver! The caregivers are top-notch and the office staff is awesome as well! Sharita is the coordinator and extremely customer focused, professional, and knows her stuff! The caregivers care for my mother almost like she is their mother as well! We continue to recommend their service!
