This Emporia branch has been a lifesaver! The caregivers are top-notch and the office staff is awesome as well! Sharita is the coordinator and extremely customer focused, professional, and knows her stuff! The caregivers care for my mother almost like she is their mother as well! We continue to recommend their service!
Well I been a care giver here off and on since 2014. The staff is friendly, flexible hours . I’m glad the pay went up some. Overall I’m happy too be working for this company. I would recommend other care givers to try us out.
They are the worst to work for. I called out a head of time before my shift and they just fired me cause I needed to go to my doctors appointment to get my medication I would not recommend anyone to work for them
I guess care advantage is a good place to work but they only pay 9 dollars a hour no matter if you are a CNA and have 9 plus years of employment. I can't speak for all of there sites but Emporia office does not pay well.
First of all I can truly say, their name is true. Care Advantage is a caring team. To work with an AWESOME staff here in Emporia is amazing. The staff has a caring attitude, provides you with updates on important information you need to be aware of such as Inservices on Covid -19, Retaliation, Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace.
