I guess the overall experience at this place was okay. The person who took my blood sample was not very friendly, for sure. My biggest problem occurred when I tried to use the $45 debit/gift card (given to to me for agreeing to be tested) and realized I needed a PIN or access number and I didn't have it. I talked on the phone with representatives from the card company and from Care Access but they said there's nothing that can be done. Terick was extremely personable and very respectful. He explained everything to me and was very thorough about what the process was. He took only once to draw my blood! Awesome job!!
Terick was absolutely awesome. He gave great info, blood draw was one stick painless. Great personality.
