I went in November 18th for the genetic study. Never got any payment . So I decided to call today( December 16th ) almost a month later . They said the card was issued and my balance was now $0 . I explained I never got any card or check . They explained I was supposed to get the card on my appointment ( which I never did ) very frustrating . They said they opened a ticket for me . Oh well . Let’s see .
Did a cholesterol study, as I’ve done for years with other study clinics. I expected a small compensation of $45 for my time and a blood draw. I received a payment card that indicated a value of $45. Months later I received a new card, still NO cash value. Very aggravating, my current understanding is payment to participants is not new with this provider. They Did eventually make it right.
I went in for a free cholesterol screening and the whole process was seamless! I went to McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden for the screening and was in and out in 10 minutes. Isaac was phenomenal! I didn't even feel the needle. It took a few weeks to get the results back but they were very informative and helpful . The $45 gift card was great and you get additional gift cards for referring others! I will definitely be back if they are doing another study
